Why might there be slight differences between photos and the actual product?
Differences in lighting and screen browsers may cause slight variations. Additionally, materials from different production batches might vary slightly, so photos are for reference only.
What is the estimated lead time for orders?
For orders between 1 - 1,000 pieces, the lead time is approximately 31 days. For 1,001 - 10,000 pieces, it is approximately 41 days. Larger quantities are subject to negotiation.
What sizes are available for the elevated pet bed?
We offer five standard sizes: XS (up to 7.5KG), S (up to 17.7KG), M (up to 25KG), L (up to 35KG), and XL (up to 60KG) to accommodate different breeds and weights.
