What is your MOQ?
Normally, we don't have MOQ for most products. However, OEM products will have a MOQ based on their specific designs, typically 1*40HQ.
How is the product packaged?
Our packing follows standard export procedures. We normally offer bulk packing or carton packing according to the customer's request. Special packing methods are available upon request with extra costs.
What are your payment terms?
T/T or L/C is available. A 30% deposit is required in advance, and the balance should be cleared before loading.
What is the expected delivery time?
Normally 40-50 days. Detailed delivery dates are decided according to the production season and order quantities. It is approximately 30 days in low season (April-Sept) and 50 days in peak season (Oct-March).
What are your shipping terms?
We support multiple shipping terms including EXW, FOB, CFR, and CIF.
What is the warranty policy?
Most of our products come with a guarantee of at least 1 year. Please note the warranty does not cover damage caused by improper application, unreasonable conditions, or abusive use.
