What is your sample policy?
For the first cooperation, we charge for samples and shipping. The sample fee will be fully refunded once the bulk order is confirmed.

Yes, we accept small orders to provide our clients with more convenience and help grow your business.
Can you provide OEM/ODM services?
Absolutely. OEM and ODM services are available if you have your own design or specific requirements.
How do you ensure product quality?
We maintain a strict raw material control system and quality management system. Our facilities have gained ISO9001 and GRS certificates.
What is the ordering process?
First sign the PI and pay the deposit; then we arrange production. Once production is finished and the balance is paid, we ship the goods.
