If the sample is in stock, it is normally sent out within 3 days. For custom samples without stock, it typically takes about 7 to 15 days to produce.
What is your MOQ for belts and accessories?
The Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) for belts, buckles, and bags is normally 300 pieces per style, though this may vary depending on the specific design.
Can you add a custom logo to the products?
Yes, our professional R&D team can handle customized requirements for both ODM and OEM orders.
What file format is needed for custom designs?
We accept JPG, AI, CDR, or PDF formats. Providing an original sample is also highly recommended for custom designs.
How are the products delivered?
Samples are usually sent via express services like DHL, FedEx, or UPS. For bulk orders, we offer sea shipping, air shipping, train, or truck delivery options.
What are your standard payment terms?
We require a 30% deposit via T/T before production, with the remaining balance due before delivery. Western Union and PayPal are also acceptable.
