Are your samples free or do they require a cost?
It depends on the product value. Low-value products are provided free (freight collect). High-value items require a sample cost, which is refundable after an order is placed.
What are your payment terms?
We accept T/T with a 30% deposit and 70% balance before shipping.
Can you provide custom designs?
Yes. We can design packaging and carton boxes according to your specific requirements.
What is the lead time for mass production?
In off-peak seasons, it is within 25-30 days. During busy seasons, it is within 40-45 days after the deposit is received.
Do you have a Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
The standard MOQ is 1,000 pieces, though single units are available for sample checking.
