Q2: What about the sample fee?
A: For first cooperation, we charge a sample and shipping fee. The sample fee will be fully refunded when the bulk order is confirmed.
Q3: Do you accept small orders?
A: Yes, we accept small orders to provide our clients with more convenience and help grow your business.
Q4: Can you do OEM for me?
A: Absolutely! OEM & ODM services are available if you have your own design.
Q5: How can I place the order?
A: First sign the PI and pay the deposit; then we will arrange production. After production is finished, the balance is required before we ship the goods.
Q6: How does your factory handle quality control?
A: We maintain a strict raw material control system and quality management system. Our facilities have gained ISO9001 and GRS certificates.
