Q2: What about the sample fee?
A: For initial cooperation, sample and shipping fees are required. The sample fee will be fully refunded once the bulk order is confirmed.
Q3: Do you accept small orders?
A: Absolutely. To provide our clients with more convenience and flexibility, we accept small orders.
Q4: Can you do OEM/ODM for me?
A: Yes, OEM & ODM services are available if you have your own design or specific branding requirements.
Q5: How can I place the order?
A: First sign the PI and pay the deposit; then we will arrange production. After production is finished, the balance is required before we ship the goods.
Q6: How does your factory handle quality control?
A: We maintain a strict raw material control system and a comprehensive quality management system. Our facilities are ISO9001 and GRS certified.
