What information is needed for a price quote?
We need product pictures, material type, size, color, and logo requirements to provide an accurate quote.
Can you provide samples for quality checks?
Yes, samples are free of charge. You only need to provide a courier account number for freight collect delivery.
How long does the production process take?
For custom products, mold opening and sampling take 8-10 days. Mass production for around 2000 pieces typically takes 12-15 days.
What are the available payment methods?
We accept payments via T/T (Bank Transfer), Western Union, or ESCROW.
What are your standard payment terms?
A 30% deposit is required in advance to start production. The remaining 70% balance is paid after mass production is completed and before delivery.
