How long does it take to receive a sample?
If the sample is in stock, it is normally sent within 3 days. For custom or non-stock samples, the production time is approximately 7 to 15 days.
What is the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
The standard MOQ for belts, buckles, and bags is 300 pieces per style. However, some specific styles may have higher or lower requirements.
Can we add our own custom logo to the products?
Yes, customized requirements are welcome. Both ODM and OEM services are available to accommodate your branding needs.
What file formats are required for custom designs?
We accept various formats including JPG, AI, CDR, or PDF. Providing a physical sample is also an excellent way to ensure design accuracy.
What are the available delivery methods?
Samples are typically shipped via express services like DHL, Fedex, or UPS. For bulk orders, we offer sea shipping, air shipping, or transport by train and truck.
What are your standard payment terms?
We require a 30% deposit via T/T before production, with the remaining balance due before delivery. Western Union and PayPal are also acceptable.
