Creating a high-quality pet tag involves a multi-step engineering process that ensures durability against a pet's active lifestyle. At our factory, the journey begins with Precision Stamping. For stainless steel heart tags, we use heavy-duty hydraulic presses to cut shapes from high-grade sheets, ensuring no sharp edges remain. This is followed by Vibratory Polishing, where tags are tumbled with ceramic media to achieve a mirror-like finish.
The customization phase utilizes Fiber Laser Marking.
